Show Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Event: Rain or Shine
Registration: $30 per vehicle (pre-registration only, deadline Thursday, April 23rd) – No registration on event day, entry is non-transferrable, no refunds
Judging Begins: 12:30 PM
Awards Ceremony: 2:00 PM

Participation Guide
Arrive during designated check-in times.
Parking is first-come, first-served.
Vehicles must remain in their spaces until the end of the show unless directed by staff.
Parking for trailers is available—please indicate on the registration form.
Personal EZ-Up tents/chairs are allowed in the display area. Participants are responsible for securing tents/chairs and for any damage caused by equipment.
Only approved vendors may sell on site.
Optional Professional Car Photo – Provided by Pearland Automotive
Includes on-site editing, printing, and framing
Pre-Order Price: 8x10 Photo – $20
On-Site Purchase Price: $30
Bonus: Each registered vehicle will be automatically entered into a raffle for a free 16x20 photo
Event Rules / Prohibited Items
Vehicle Eligibility:
Cars & Trucks of all years, makes, and models are welcome.
No motorcycles, tractor trailers, or commercial rigs.
Vehicle Conduct & Safety:
Operate vehicles safely; no burnouts, excessive revving, or reckless driving.
Keep engine noise to a minimum in display areas.
Cleanliness & Fluids:
Prohibited Items / Activities:
No ATVs, bikes, scooters, or skateboards.
Golf carts only in designated parking area.
No outdoor grilling.
No alcohol anywhere on school grounds.
No glass containers.
No outside food (Crawfish, food trucks, and concessions will be available). Small soft coolers are allowed for registered participants and approved vendors only.
Compliance & Liability:
Failure to follow rules may result in removal from the event.
