Pearland Band Booster Merchandise Order Form

To order, please print and fill out the order form.  All prices include sales tax.  Make checks payable to Pearland Band Boosters and place the order form and payment in a band envelope and deposit in the black box in the band hall.  You will be notified by phone and/or e-mail when your order is ready for pickup.  Pickups can be arranged after band practice or in the student's band class. Please note:  for items not in stock, the booster club must wait until 12 of those items have been requested before placing the order.  You will be notified if that is the case.  Thanks for your support of the band.
