Tthe Pearland HS Band Spring trip to San Antonio, Texas on April 13, 14, and 15, 2012.
The cost of the trip per student will be $430. We have created a three-step payment plan for pay-off with a deposit payment of $100.00 due on September 30th, 2011 and two subsequent payments of $165 on November 1, 2011 and December 1, 2011. Payment is early due to pre-reservations that have already been made to guarantee a quality trip for our students. Payments, of course, can come from student accounts. Please make sure your child's account balance can cover the payment amount for each installment. Parents that pay by credit card through charms will be assessed a fee not to exceed $17 in order to cover the credit card fees. Since paying by credit card is new feature, you are strongly encouraged to keep your email receipt acknowledging payment should any discrepancies arise.
Please make sure that you have read, signed, and returned the consent form concerning this trip, along with your $100 deposit, to the band directors by September 30, 2011.
Pearland High School Band Trip to San Antonio, Texas to include:
Friday April 13: Buses will arrive at Pearland High School at 9:30 AM and depart at 10:00 AM for direct service to San Antonio, Lunch on own and shopping at Rivercenter Mall and Riverwalk, Perform at the Lila Cockrell Theatre, Dinner and Games, Hotel Check-In.
Saturday April 14: Breakfast at Hotel, Fiesta Texas, Picnic Dinner
Sunday April 15: Breakfast at Hotel, Natural Bridge Caverns, Boxed Lunch, San Marcos Outlet Mall, Depart for Pearland High School
