Car Wash and Signing up for rooms for the Spring Trip
On Saturday, February 25, The Pearland High School Marching Band will be hosting a car wash fundraiser at two locations in Pearland. We are in need of both student volunteers (workers) as well as adult volunteers (supervisors) to assist in this endeavor. Our locations this year include the ever popular Sonic (518 @ Pearland Pkwy) and a new hot spot at Koza's (Hwy 35). The car wash will be hosted at both locations from 10 am - 2 pm with shifts from 10 - 12 and 12 - 2.
Student sign-up sheets are now posted in the band hall. Parent volunteers may sign-up via CHARMS. Please sign-up for the location and time slot of your choice. Please note that the parent sign-ups do reflect slightly extended times to allow for help with set up and clean up at each location.
After students have signed up for the trip, they may sign up for their room assignment for the spring trip. Students must have signed up for the car wash (or have had their parents clearly communicate what their car wash conflict is) prior to signing up for a room.
February 23rd – Letter Jacket applications due
Students that have earned and wish to receive a letter jacket must have their letter jacket applications turned into the band office before 2:15 on Thursday February 23rd. Due to time constraints, NO letter jacket applications will be accepted after Thursday February 23rd at 2:15 PM. Turning them in early is highly encouraged.
